How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Within Australia: Orders normally ship within 1-3 business days, and depending on where you live it takes 3 to 8 business days for regular shipping, and 2 to 5 business days for express shipping. These timeframes exclude WA. Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.
Where is my order being shipped from?
For Australian orders, we ship from the warehouse closest to your delivery address for the fastest possible delivery.
How can I return my item?

Do you offer refunds for change of mind?
For change of mind returns, you can return unused items in their original condition and packaging within 90 days (imperfects and clearance items excluded). Sometimes our emails land in junk/spam folders. Please check and whitelist any emails from us. This will ensure you receive your tracking email once your product is shipped.

Where are your products designed?
Our products are designed in our studio located on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland Australia.
Where are your products made?
They are ethically made in Guangzhou, China. We only work with factories that provide sustainable and ethical jobs for their workers, and employ uniquely skilled craftspeople to make our products to the highest standard. Our direct manufacturing teams in China are an extension of the Peachly family.
Can I use a sharpie on your baby memory books or will it bleed to the other side?
Yes you can - we have used 200gsm paper (thicker than a standard business card) to make sure you can use whatever you want and not worry about it bleeding through.
